A Virginia Beach native, Stacey moved to the Outer Banks in 2001. Stacey has been a licensed real estate broker since 2003 and is a Certified Residential Specialist. Stacey has served on the front lines of the vacation rental business as a leading reservationist for over 4 years giving her a competitive edge in knowing what it takes to create a successful rental home. Stacey enjoys representing sellers and buyers in successful property sales and purchases. These skills combine to make her a dynamic advocate for clients investing on the Outer Banks. Securing great real estate deals for her clients is Stacey’s goal. In addition to her real estate business, Stacey is also a certified firefighter who volunteers at the Kill Devil Hills Fire Department. She has a strong connection to the Outer Banks and appreciation for the ocean, evident by her beach runs and photography sessions to capture its beauty. Stacey lives in Kill Devil Hills with her boyfriend, Ken, and their menagerie of dogs. Her son, Dustin, attends Appalachian State University and summers on the Outer Banks serving as an area lifeguard. Stacey’s desire to be healthy and happy and her cheerful spirit of service make her invaluable to her clients.
